Who is Elation and what do we stand for?

Elation, a surf lifestyle brand rooted in Australia, is dedicated to fostering a harmonious connection between humanity and the planet. Our primary focus is sustainability, with a mission to reduce our impact on the environment for a brighter future. Committed to ethical practices, our products are carefully crafted from quality materials that include recycled fibers. Founded to provide surfing and water women with high-quality, functional, and elegant styles, our brand embodies a commitment to both style and environmental responsibility.

Which materials do we use?

Our fabric selections across our collections feature Italian regenerated fibres, sourced from materials like discarded fishing nets and plastic water bottles. By repurposing Nylon and Polyester, materials that would otherwise contribute to environmental pollution, we are able to transform them into brand new fibers. This approach allows us to craft innovative products without depleting new resources.

In addition to providing a sustainable alternative, our commitment extends to substantial contributions in reducing our impact on climate change. This includes minimizing the need for crude oil mining, conserving water resources, and actively participating in the cleanup of waste that threatens our land and sea ecosystems. Through these initiatives, we strive to play a role in creating a more eco-conscious and responsible future.

Where is our swimwear made?

Our unique designs originate in Australia and are mindfully crafted through ethical practices in both Indonesia and Australia, two places that hold a special place in our hearts and where we truly feel at home.

How are orders shipped?

We reduce our plastic consumption by utilizing compostable or recyclable packaging for our swimwear, ensuring sustainability from our makers to your doorstep. Furthermore, all domestic orders are dispatched through trackable, carbon-neutral freight services.

What payment methods are accepted?

We hold the belief that our swimwear is an investment for multiple seasons. To provide convenient options, we offer payment methods such as card, Shop Pay, and Afterpay at your checkout.

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Digital gift cards are accessible through our website, and they will be delivered to the purchaser's email address within 24 hours of the purchase. It's important to note that our gift cards are exclusively valid for use on our website and cannot be redeemed at any of our retail locations.

How does our sizing run?

Elation's suits typically follow true-to-size measurements, unless otherwise specified in the product description. To assist you further, our size chart is available here. In instances where you find yourself on the cusp of two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

It's essential to note that our swimwear is specifically designed for water sports, aiming for a snug fit to ensure you can surf with confidence without concerns about slipping. Do we offer returns?

We happily offer returns and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days of purchase with a receipt provided. The item must be unworn, have the hygiene label attached and be in its original condition.  All items will be assessed before issuing a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged. Read more about our T&C's here.

Do we offer returns on sale items?

All sale purchases are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to several countries other than Australia! However, all International orders are final. Due to the high shipping costs we do not offer returns or exchanges. All orders will be shipped via AUSPOST and will be issued a tracking for your package. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, unless you have received the wrong product or your suit arrived defective. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary depending on the destination. These charges are payable upon arrival by the customer and are not included in the original price or shipping charges.

Are we available to shop in retailers?

We take pride in being available at select in-store retailers, and you can find the list of these locations here.
