The Power of Daily Writing: What I Have Learned
Writing these daily blogs has been an unexpected journey. At first, I stopped my physical journaling, thinking typing everything out would be enough. But halfway through, I realised there is something different, maybe even more important, about putting pen to paper. Handwriting slows you down and makes you sit with your thoughts in a way that typing does not.
Sharing online has its own magic. It opens up conversations, connects you with others, and makes you reflect a little deeper on what you want to put out into the world. But there is also a trade-off. Writing publicly can hold you back from fully expressing emotions in the raw, unfiltered way that a private journal allows.
In the end, I would recommend doing both. Or at least trying it for a month. Whether for clarity, creativity, or simply building a habit of self-reflection, daily writing has a way of shifting your perspective. If nothing else, it is a reminder that your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are worth capturing.
I would love to read your daily dairy :))
