Returns
Elation offers exchanges or store credits. Our policy lasts 14 days with a receipt provided. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit. This includes if the item was purchased as a gift. Please purchase a tracking number when shipping back to minimise the risk of loss. returns are to be covered by the customer at their own expense.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items containing a hygiene sticker will not be accepted for a return if the sticker has been removed. All items will be assessed before issuing a store credit. Please note that Under Australian Consumer Law we do not offer exchanges or store credits on bottoms with the hygiene sticker removed.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a new item or store credit. unfortunately all sale items are final and no exchange or store credits will be offered for sale items.

Late or missing store credit.
Please be mindful that products must be received and reviewed before a store credit is approved. If it has been 2 weeks since you posted the return item back, and you have still not received your store credit, please contact us at hello@elatiothelabel.com

Exchanges
Exchanges are free for Australian, regular priced orders. You may exchange for a different style, size or pattern. If you need to exchange, send us an email at hello@elationthelabel.com
Faulty Garments
Please email hello@elationthelabel.com immediately if you have received a faulty garment. We will require a description and photos of the fault.
Swimwear damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty and will not be exchanged or returned.
