Quarter-Life Crisis Celebrations: A Birthday Well Spent
After an incredible morning yesterday at our Surf & Soul event with the Elation girls, we kept the good vibes going with picking up some cookies before checking into our accommodation in Uluwatu. Normally, when we go on surf trips, we keep it simple and stay in local guesthouses—but for my quarter-life crisis celebration, we figured a little extra comfort was well deserved.
After check-in, the first thing on the agenda? A proper shower and some much-needed rest. The ocean always leaves you salty, sun-kissed, and exhausted in the best way. As the afternoon rolled in, we got ready and made our way to catch sunset drinks and dinner, soaking up golden hour and the warmth of good company.
Turning 25: A Day Without a Plan
Today is my 25th birthday, and for once, there’s no itinerary, just slow moments, good coffee, and wherever the day takes us. We’ll start with a relaxed morning, checking the waves and seeing if the ocean calls us in. Lunch by the pool, maybe another surf, or maybe just lying in the sun doing absolutely nothing. Dinner? Who knows. The plan is simple: just chill.
No pressure, no expectations—just gratitude for another year, another adventure, and the people I get to share it with.
Here’s to 25 and all the unknowns ahead🌊✨
