Daily Diaries- My Top Recommended Yoga Class in Bali

Sunset Yoga at Chandra: Pure Bliss

Tonight, I was reminded why I first fell in love with yoga.

A friend introduced me to Chandra Yoga in Pererenan last year, and ever since, it has been the most incredible yoga experience I’ve had. As a yoga teacher myself, my practice has shifted over the years, from a dedicated hour each morning to a quick 10-minute flow most days. But this class, led by Kon, is something special.

The storm hovering over Bali tonight brought strong winds, adding an extra layer of energy to the session. As the sun dipped below the rice fields, painting the sky in soft golds and pinks, Kon guided us through a much-needed flow. The wind kept us cool, the movement felt effortless, and the energy in the space was powerful.

We ended with a sound healing, vibrations resonating over our hearts and stomachs, grounding us deeply in the present moment. And just like that, I remembered, this is why I love yoga. The calm, the clarity, the fulfilment that lingers long after you step off the mat.

If you're ever in Pererenan, do yourself a favour and join this class. You won’t regret it! 💛

Have you ever had a yoga class that completely reset your mind and body? I'd love to hear about it! You can comment below btw :))
