Closing Out the Month: A Moment to Reflect

And just like that, another month wraps up. If you’ve been following along with these daily diaries, thank you. Whether you’ve supported Elation, taken something from one of these entries, or simply checked in now and then, I appreciate you being here.

Maybe today is a good day for you to reflect too. Look back at your month, think about what you did, who you spent your time with, and what you want from the next one. At the start of the month, it always feels like we have so much time, just like at the beginning of each day. But when the final day arrives, you can’t help but wonder where it all went.

One of my promises this year was to be more social. Throughout the weeks, it didn’t always feel like I was, but looking back, this month was actually full. The International Women’s Day event, my birthday, learning to play paddle, coffee catch-ups, surf sessions with friends, and meeting more people in business, it all added up. A reminder that when you stay open to something, life finds ways to bring it to you.

Next month, I know there will be challenges, but I’m choosing to embrace them. If you’re setting goals, set ones that excite you and push you in the right direction. Let’s see where the next 30 days take us.
